Power Journeys Hypnosis
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a powerful, effective, simple emotional release practice. By tapping on certain points on the body while focusing on the negative emotions that you wish to release, you can quickly and easily reduce and even eliminate fears, anxieties, cravings and blocks to creative performance.
According to Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, “the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.” By tapping on a series of acupressure points, Emotional Freedom Techniques helps you balance the body’s energy system and restore the positive flow. The tapping points are taken from the Chinese Medicine model in which there are pathways of energy that run through your body. When the energy is blocked and inhibited from flowing freely through those pathways, you can experience mental and even physical pain. Once that negative charge has been eliminated, the positive intentions that you came for are even more powerfully reinforced by the hypnotic suggestions.
I teach EFT to all my clients. I’ve taught it to 6 year old children and they love it. Once you learn it, you can use it over and over on issues unrelated to the ones you came in for. It’s a powerful tool and your toolbox is as close as the ends of your fingers.
In addition to the basic EFT, I use Provocative Energy Techniques, (PET) developed by Steve Wells and Dr. David Lake. Their process combines EFT with gentle humor. I love to laugh and it has been medically proven that laughter creates endorphins which promote healing. You can overcome your issues and have fun at the same time.

Some day the medical profession will wake up and realize that unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses. When they do, EFT will be one of their primary healing tools .... as it is for me." Eric Robins, MD, Los Angeles
While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in the experimental stage and thus practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it.
